Start of consultations for airport charges effective 2027
The annual process to consult new airport charges for 2027 will begin in September. The start of the process is preceded by a Consultation Pre-Meeting in June where Swedavia will present its planned proposals for structural changes to its price list, on which airport users are invited to provide feedback.
Swedavia welcomes all airport users operating at Swedavia Airports to participate in the consultations. All meetings will be held digitally, with an opportunity for voluntary physical on-site participation at Consultation Meeting 1.
The meeting dates for 2026 are as follows:
- Consultation Pre-Meeting
10 June 2026, 13.00–16.30 (CEST) - Consultation Meeting 1
16 September 2026, 10.00–16.30 (CEST) - Consultation Meeting 2
14 October 2026, 13.00–16.30 (CEST)
The Consultation Framework, including Swedavia’s initial proposal, will be sent no later than 31 August 2026 to registered consultation participants. Following the consultations, Swedavia plans to make a decision on airport charges applicable from 1 January 2027.

Registration for digital participation must be completed no later than one day before each meeting. Participants wishing to attend Consultation Meeting 1 on-site must register by 19 August 2026 to secure a guaranteed seat.
In addition to the central consultations, Swedavia hosts local Airport User Committee (AUC) meetings continuously throughout the year. The following meetings are planned for 2026:
